Sonia is Italian with Mexican citizenship and has been living in Tulum for many years. She worked 15 years for Visa Italia, she moved to Tulum in 2009 and since then has been managing with professionalism different kind of properties in Tulum for vacational and long term rentals.
She speaks Italian, English, Spanish.

November 2023 - This was a magical stay! The apartment is even better in life and bigger than shows in the pictures. A/C in every room plus a ceiling fan so you can get the temperature perfect! Largest pool I've seen in a private complex and the Decor and detailing of accessories are spot on. Our host Sonia was the best I've experienced so far!
June 2016 - Sonia was the perfect host for a perfect place to stay in Tulum. Her place was gorgeous and comfortable and located in a safe area. We were located just a short distance from many great restaurants and shops in downtown Tulum.
April 2010 - Sonia was really helpful and welcoming on our arrival and speaks great English, the house is in a really safe neighbourhood with a short 5 minutes bike ride to the town of Tulum.
Marzo 2016 - Sonia was great to work with! We got into Tulum late and I was unable to contact her when we landed in Cancun as she requested (my fault, not hers!) but she stayed and waited to greet us and give us keys. Her instructions were very clear and communication was excellent. She even checked in half way into our 10 day stay to make sure everything was going well.
